Pebeo Setacolor Opaque for Fabrics (45ml)

Bright, luminous water based colours (Opaque and Shimmer Opaque) which can be mixed together for painting or printing light or dark coloured fabrics. May be washed after fixing with iron.
To fix - press for 5 minutes with a hot iron (cotton position) on the reverse side of the fabric or place in a pre-heated oven for 5 minutes at 150°C (300°F).

Applications:- Can be used on all natural or synthetic fabrics (previously washed to remove any finish). Fabrics can be lightweight to heavy, light or dark. After drying for 1 hour naturally the colours should be fixed, and can then be washed by hand or machine up to 40°C (100°F) or dry cleaned

Auxiliary Products

• Lightener - use the lightener to obtain lighter shades without weakening or thinning the product. (please note that the colours will be a little less opaque)
• Thickener - especially recommended for stencilling or screen-printing work.
• Colourless Masking - Apply the masking product with a paintbrush to the areas you wish to keep in their natural colour. Then paint in your fabric design, avoiding the masked areas. The masking will be removed automatically with the first wash.
• Fabric Glue - Apply with a paintbrush on the reverse side of the fabric, to decorate objects in wood or cardboard with the fabric you have painted. This glue is not wash-resistant.
• Expandable Paint - a spectacular product to create patterns in relief. simply apply the compound with a paintbrush, leave to dry, then apply seta colour as desired.
• Taffeta Finish, Gold Glitter Finish, Silver Glitter Finish - stir the product well, then apply like a varnish over dry Seta colours. For a uniform finish, work with a brush using smooth, broad strokes. Once dry, press with an iron to fix the finish
